This Privacy Policy applies to mithainteriors.com and enquiries received by Mitha Interiors, based in Hyderabad, India. For privacy questions, contact mithabypavankumar@gmail.com or +91 7207432620.
Information you choose to provide
The project enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, service of interest, project location and project details. You may also provide an email address, approximate area, budget and preferred timeline. If you contact us directly, you may choose to share floor plans, photographs or other project information. Please avoid sending passwords, financial account information or other information unrelated to your enquiry.
How the WhatsApp form works
The form runs in your browser and prepares a message containing the details you enter. When you continue, those details are included in a WhatsApp link and shared with WhatsApp to prepare the conversation. The message is delivered to Mitha Interiors only when you press Send in WhatsApp. This form has no website database submission endpoint and does not intentionally store entered details in browser local storage.
WhatsApp is a third-party service operated by Meta. Its handling of information is governed by its own policies. You can use phone or email instead if you prefer not to use WhatsApp. Review the information before sending, and do not include sensitive details in the form.
Why Mitha Interiors uses enquiry information
Information received through a conversation is used to respond to your request, understand the project, discuss services, prepare estimates and coordinate agreed work. It may also be used to maintain relevant business records, resolve an issue or meet applicable obligations. We do not sell enquiry contact details.
Technical information and cookies
The website host and infrastructure may process information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and server logs to deliver and protect the website. WordPress may use cookies for administrator sessions and other necessary functions. The website built for Mitha Interiors does not intentionally add advertising trackers or a marketing analytics script.
Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. Such requests can disclose standard connection information, including your IP address, to the font provider. Interior images are served from this website’s WordPress Media Library. Links to Instagram and WhatsApp take you to external services whose policies apply independently.
Access and sharing
Relevant information may be accessed by Mitha Interiors and service providers involved in responding to or delivering your project, where needed for that purpose. Hosting, email and messaging providers also process information as part of their services. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to address misuse or protect legitimate rights.
Retention and security
Enquiry and project records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, agreed work, recordkeeping or applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and purpose. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service, email system or messaging platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may contact Mitha Interiors to ask about information you have supplied, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further optional contact. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where there is an applicable obligation or legitimate need. Deleting Mitha Interiors’s copy does not remove records held independently by third-party providers.
Children and enquiries
The website and project enquiry services are intended for adults. Please do not submit personal information about children through the form. If such information has been shared inadvertently, contact us so it can be reviewed.
