Designed around your brief

A considered home, room by room.

From a first apartment to a spacious family home, good residential interior design makes everyday life feel easier. Mitha Interiors plans homes around your routines, storage needs and personal style, bringing layouts, materials and lighting into one coherent story.

01

Space that works harder

We begin with circulation, furniture sizes and the way your household uses each room. Open-plan living, quieter corners, dining arrangements and work-from-home needs are considered together rather than solved as isolated rooms.

02

Storage with a place for everything

Wardrobes, entry storage, crockery units and utility cabinetry should respond to what you own. We discuss accessible shelves, concealed storage, cleaning access and future needs before deciding how each unit should look.

03

One material language

Wood tones, stone, wall finishes and textiles are selected to feel connected across the home. A restrained base can accommodate colour, family heirlooms or decorative pieces without making every room feel identical.

What we can plan

A scope shaped
around your space.

  • Apartment and independent-home space planning
  • Living, dining and bedroom concepts
  • Kitchen, wardrobe and storage planning
  • Lighting, ceiling and finish coordination
  • Furniture selection and styling direction
  • Design and execution scope agreed for your project

Final inclusions, deliverables and execution responsibilities are defined in your quotation and agreement.

Before the first conversation

What to share with us

For a 2BHK or 3BHK apartment, share the builder floor plan, possession status and rooms you want to include. Tell us which existing furniture you would like to retain. For occupied homes, we also discuss access, dust-sensitive areas and whether work needs to happen in phases.

What shapes the budget?

The number of rooms alone does not determine a home interior budget. Cabinetry quantities, board and finish specifications, hardware, ceiling work, electrical changes and furniture all affect the estimate. A room-by-room scope helps you distinguish essentials from optional upgrades.

Our Process

From a clear brief
to a confident direction.

01

Listen & Define

Share your space, priorities and budget. We shape a clear brief before discussing design directions.

02

Plan & Refine

Layouts, materials and lighting come together through discussion and considered selections.

03

Detail & Coordinate

The approved scope guides specifications, procurement and the agreed execution arrangements.

04

Review & Complete

Review the space against the agreed scope, with handover details and care guidance discussed.

Common Questions

Before you begin.

Do you design 2BHK and 3BHK apartments?

Yes. Mitha Interiors welcomes enquiries for apartments and independent homes. Share your floor plan and requirements so the scope can be tailored to your layout.

Can I retain my existing furniture?

Yes. Send dimensions and photographs of pieces you want to keep. Their scale, finish and condition can inform the layout and material direction.

Can the work be phased?

Phased work can be discussed, especially for occupied homes. The sequence depends on shared services, site access and the amount of disruption you can accommodate.
